The Co-Founder and CEO, Ruben Prieto, is exceptional at assessing weaknesses and vulnerabilities within clients' physical security measures and protocols. RUBEN PRIETO
Mr. Prieto retired from the United States Secret Service as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge, after 22 years of service. Mr. Prieto served on the Presidential Protective Division in Washington DC, both as an agent and as a supervisor under three U.S. Presidents. Mr. Prieto‘s prime areas of specialization while assigned to the Presidential Protective Division were Protective Operations and Counter-surveillance. Mr. Prieto is well trained in risk assessment and threat mitigation, with experience in providing training to other law enforcement agencies, U.S. military, and the general public. He has many years of protection experience ensuring the safety of, not only several Presidents of the United States, but also foreign leaders and heads of state that visit the U.S. He has supervised groups of over 70 agents, technical and administrative staff. Mr. Prieto has extensive experience working criminal cases involving financial and computer crimes, fraud, and threats to protected individuals. He has been a Special Agent in large metropolitan cities including Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami. He has traveled extensively throughout the world and worked with law enforcement partners, government officials and foreign dignitaries to develop an eclectic network of international relations. Mr. Prieto holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management and worked for a major Fortune 500 media company prior to joining the U.S. Secret Service.

LISA PRIETO
For approximately 15 years, Mrs. Prieto was employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Surveillance Group (SSG) Investigative Operative and Intelligence Analyst. Mrs. Prieto conducted surveillance on many high profile counterintelligence and counterterrorism cases. She was appointed to the Foreign Influence Task Force Global Unit (FITF-Global) and served as the only liaison within The Department of Justice Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) Unit. Mrs. Prieto obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University. She served in the FBI Director's Coordinating and Planning Unit, as an FBI Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Quantico and at The Counter-Intelligence Training Center (CITC). She served as a Geospatial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert and was elected to serve on the Operations Specialist Advisory Board for The Directorate of Intelligence. She has conducted training exercises for US Army Special Forces and Air Force Office of Special Investigations. She participated in numerous joint Red Cell Exercises with MI6 and the CIA. Mrs. Prieto has approximately 22 years of experience in organizational communications, political affairs, project leadership, event logistics, briefings and intelligence reporting, politicians, foreign dignitaries, and high net worth individuals. Prior to her FBI career, she worked in political relations at an international trade law firm and was responsible for hosting private events for HNI clients and political dignitaries such as Dr. Henry Kissinger, Dr. Madeleine K. Albright, General Tommy Franks and General Colin L. Powell.

SPECIALIZED TACTICAL UNITS
Intrepid Global Security employs and contracts with Tier-1 tactical operators with extensive overseas experience in elite U.S. military units and Special Operations units within the U.S. government. These specialized teams can be procured for anything from basic training seminars on threat recognition and mitigation when traveling internationally to hands-on, Executive Protection in high-risk countries throughout the world. (Note - U.S. State Dept. Level 4 advisory countries require additional lead up time for team preparation). No job is too big or too small these highly specialized units.

David Malin
DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AND TRAINING
Mr. Malin has over 20 years of experience as a United States Secret Service Agent where he served as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge, The Deputy Director of Intelligence, and as a shift leader for The George Bush Protective Detail. He was the primary medical responder for former President Bush and managed logistical operations for the former President's security. During his time on the USSS Presidential Protective Division, Mr. Malin served as the Hazardous Agent Mitigation Medical Emergency Response, a USSS FSD-Polygraph Examiner, a Firearms Instructor and an EMT. Mr. Malin holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and is a United States Veteran.
Anselmo Manautou
DIRECTOR OF RISK ASSESSMENTS AND DEFENSE TACTICS
Mr. Manautou is a United States Secret Service Assistant Special Agent in Charge, with 28 years of Federal Law Enforcement service. Mr. Manautou served as a member of the United States Secret Service Special Operations Division in Washington D.C. and his prime area of specialization while assigned to the Special Operations Division was as a Team Leader for the USSS Counter Assault Team. Mr. Manautou also served as a lead instructor in the USSS Special Operations Training Section. He is also certified in Essentials of Instruction for the USSS Training Academy, as well as a certified Firearms Instructor and Physical Training Instructor. He is well trained in risk assessment, threat mitigation, tactical applications, counter surveillance and self-defense, with experience in providing training to other law enforcement agencies, U.S. military, and the general public. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Manautou served as an Assistant Attaché at the US Embassy in Rome, Italy. In that capacity he liaised with foreign government officials from Italy and the Middle East. He has many years of protection experience working with several Presidents of the United States, but also heads of state that visit the U.S. Mr. Manautou has extensive experience working criminal cases involving financial crimes, fraud, and threats to protected individuals. He has been a Special Agent in El Paso, Washington D.C., and Miami. He has traveled extensively throughout the world and worked with law enforcement partners both foreign and domestic. Mr. Manautou holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice and worked for the United States Border Patrol prior to joining the U.S. Secret Service.
Richard Watkins
DIRECTOR OF MARITIME SECURITY AND FIREARMS TRAINING
Mr. Watkins has over 30 years of combined Military, Police and Federal Law Enforcement Service. He served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Southern Watch (Arabian Gulf) and Operation Restore Hope (Somalia) followed by 8 years as a Police Officer. Mr. Watkins was a SWAT Team member for 7 years and Element Team Leader for 3 years. He participated in high-risk felony search warrants with several hundred warrants served over a 7 year period. Additionally, he assisted with hostage situations, barricaded subjects, and other incidents requiring specialized skills. Mr. Watkins has extensive tactical and firearms training, to include competing in the International SWAT Round Up Competition.
Mr. Watkins retired from the U.S. Secret Service as a Senior Special Agent after 20 years of distinguished served. Mr. Watkins has extensive experience in protection to include working and interacting with foreign government security representatives and is well trained in dignitary protection and protective advance methodology. Mr. Watkins specializes in Water Safety for protective missions. As a Water/Air/Land Rescue Swimmer for the U.S. Secret Service, he provided Water Safety for the President, Vice President, Former Presidents and their families. He specializes in advance water rescue techniques in various aquatic environments; including boat operations, helicopter rescues, open water, surf and swift water rescues. During his time in the Secret Service, Mr. Watkins was a Rescue Swimmer Instructor, Rescue Diver, Firearms Instructor, BLS/Tactical emergency medicine Instructor and Physical Fitness Coordinator. Additionally, Mr. Watkins is a PADI Divemaster and brings a wealth of experience to in providing water safety for protective missions.
Sean Donlon
SR. MANAGER, EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AND COUNTER-SURVEILLANCE
With 24 years of distinguished service in federal law enforcement, Mr. Donlon has built a career defined by expertise, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to public safety. As a certified law enforcement instructor, he has trained hundreds of police professionals in advanced techniques, ensuring the next generation of federal agents and officers were well-prepared for the challenges they would face. Specializing in counter surveillance, Donlon played a key role in a variety of difficult environments, utilizing cutting-edge technology and tactics to mitigate threats and safeguard critical assets. With a strong foundation in logistical support, he has consistently ensured the efficient coordination and execution of complex operations, from sourcing critical assets overseas to ensuring the seamless movement of personnel and resources in high-pressure settings.
Beyond his tactical expertise, Mr. Donlon is also a skilled emergency medical technician, with the training and knowledge to provide life-saving care in some of the most demanding environments. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated remarkable versatility, moving fluidly between roles in challenging situations, from operational leadership to hands-on technical support. Whether coordinating complex security operations or delivering critical care during emergencies, Sean Donlon has consistently demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and a steadfast dedication to service. Now, with a wealth of experience and a proven track record, he continues to serve as a mentor and consultant, shaping the future of law enforcement and security operations.
Jason Diorio
SR. MANAGER, EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AND INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
As a former Captain in the U.S. Army and Special Agent in the United States Secret Service for over 23 years, Mr. Diorio brings a wealth of high-level planning and security expertise, with an emphasis on vulnerability assessments, risk mitigations, and security operations. Mr. Diorio's Secret Service law enforcement career includes assignments in the New York Field Office and on the Presidential Protection Detail as well as supervisory roles at major sites including National Special Security Events, National Conventions, and Presidential Inaugurations. Mr. Diorio served as a supervisor at the James J. Rowley Training Center, where he was was involved in the training of Special Agents and Uniformed Division Officers as well as specialized units. Mr. Diorio has extensive overseas security experience including serving as Law Enforcement Attaché at the U.S. Embassy, Mexico City for a three year assignment.
Mr. Diorio has additional private-sector security and safety experience, having recently completed a contract as Team Security Liaison Officer With FIFA26 U.S. Inc, where he provided close protection services for professional football teams during the Club World Cup 2025 held in the U.S.
Mr. Diorio holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York as well as a Master of Science degree in Defense and Security from the Inter-American Defense College, Ft. McNair, Washington DC.
Owen Evans
DEFENSE TACTICS AND COUNTER-ASSAULT CONSULTANT
Mr. Evans is a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service with over 16 years of experience. Currently assigned to the Cleveland Field Office, previous assignments include the Presidential Protective Division, the Special Operations Division Counter Assault Team and the Los Angeles Field Office. Mr. Evans is also a Secret Service Rescue Swimmer, Physical Training Instructor and a Nationally Registered EMT. Throughout his time with the Secret Service, Mr. Evans has conducted multiple protective assignments and advances for sitting and former U.S. Presidents, Presidential Cabinet Members, Presidential Candidates and foreign heads of state. Mr. Evans served as an Assistant Detail Leader while on the Presidential Protective Division. Concurrent with his time as a U.S. Secret Service Special Agent, Mr. Evans served six years as a U.S. Army Green Beret in 20th Special Forces Group. Experiences include training foreign military special operations forces and working as a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant (18C) with specializations in demolition, explosive breaching, reconnaissance, target analysis, land navigation and sabotage operations. Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intelligence Studies and a Master of Science degree in Administration of Justice.
Michael Beamer
PHYSICAL SECURITY AND COUNTER-ASSAULT CONSULTANT
With over two decades of experience in security and risk management, Mr. Beamer has established himself as a trusted expert in creating and leading comprehensive safety and security programs. Mr. Beamer has served as Vice President of Security at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, Director of Security for the NBA, and a Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service.
Mr. Beamer is renowned for his expertise in technology integration, deploying cutting-edge systems such as CCTV, access control, and Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs). Michael's approach balances operational excellence with resource optimization to foster secure environments that align with organizational objectives.
Michael played an instrumental role in the security design of Super Bowl LVI, setting a gold standard for event security planning and execution. His experience in overseeing large-scale operations uniquely positions him to consult on future global events such as the Super Bowl and the Olympics, ensuring robust security measures are in place.
A dedicated professional, Michael holds a Master’s degree from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego.
Martin Harvey
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRAINING CONSULTANT
With 25 years of experience in emergency medical services (EMS) in South Florida, Mr. Harvey is a highly skilled and dedicated professional in the field of pre-hospital care and emergency response. He holds multiple certifications and licenses, including Firefighter, Paramedic, Fire Inspector, and Fire Investigator, demonstrating his comprehensive expertise in fire and EMS operations. Mr. Harvey is extensively trained in Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Prehospital Trauma Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support, equipping him with the skills necessary to handle critical emergencies with precision and efficiency. In addition to his hands-on experience in the field, Mr. Harvey has dedicated 19 years to educating the next generation of EMS professionals. He taught pre-hospital medicine at numerous colleges and universities. Mr. Harvey's passion for saving lives and training, has made him a respected leader in the EMS and fire service community.
